Parent Resources

Our parents are an integral part of their children’s education. We know how important it is for you to stay up-to-date and in-the-know regarding your child’s endeavors inside and outside of the classroom.

That said, many teachers use Class DoJo as a means of communication, so please make sure you get the access code for Class DoJo.

In addition, we regularly update our Facebook page and send emails to families. Make sure you’re following Innocademy Allegan Campus on Facebook and check your email. See below for other resources to help answer many of your questions.

If you are volunteering at Innocademy Allegan Campus for any length of time, please make certain you sign the clipboard at the reception area and visibly wear the visitor badge. Thanks for your help! You are MORE than welcome to come have lunch or visit your child at school, we just ask that before doing so you sign in and get a visitor badge.

School Enhancement Team & Volunteering

Families are encouraged to share their gifts, talents, and personal resources to enhance our students’ learning experience. There is no volunteer requirement for our families, but we are always in need of support , whether in your child’s specific classroom, or with whole-school projects. Many of the whole-school projects are coordinated through our School Enhancement Team (SET), which is our version of a parent-teacher organization. We strongly encourage parents to get involved through SET. Please contact Jake at if you’re would like more information about our School Enhancement Team.

Each family should have a completed background check on file. It is imperative that we have this information from each of our families. The background information form must be on file for anyone wishing to volunteer or visit in any capacity during school activities. This includes field trips and/or helping with activities during the school day.
